IT Operations Engineer

Job Description:

  • Working and manage multiple customer’s location for IT infrastructure and IT operation
  • Building, installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows (2000, XP, Vista, 7, Server 2003, Server 2008) and UNIX-based in a domain/forest environment
  • Manage production environment infrastructures includes service, application, infrastructure health checks, H/W, S/W upgrades, security updates maintain & support Windows
  • Manage, design and support of peripherals and components such rack cabinet, printer, wired and wireless network equipment
  • Interface, design, plan and implementation of enterprise scale new technology and infrastructure
  • Work closely with development and Operational support teams locally and globally to ensure rapid service restoration.
  • Maintain audit, procurement, CMDB and service report
  • Working with numerous teams within the local and global organization to deliver desktop and server support
  • Working with Project Management Office (PMO) to manage, plan and deliver the service
  • Provide knowledge and support for technical support team
  • Delivering Root Cause Analysis, Workarounds and Solutions for all technical problems with compliance to ITIL Processes on Problem and Incident Management
  • Maintaining relationship with external vendors and internal service providers including peer to peer and upward technical escalation levels such other support and development groups
  • Continuously improve service and efficiency through the use of better tools, people and processes.

Qualification:

  • At least 1-5 Years experience as IT Operations Staff, System Administrator, System Engineer, IT Support or Service Desk
  • Certified in ITIL v3, Cisco Network, Microsoft Certified Professional is an advantages
  • Solid understanding of mainstream operating systems, including: Windows 7, 8, 10 in enterprise environment
  • Solid understanding of network configuration and enterprise peripherals
  • Thorough understanding and working knowledge on installation, configuration and troubleshooting end-user computing, network components and peripherals
  • Ability to learn new technologies and principles quickly and work in an environment that is continually changing and adopting new techniques and technologies.
  • Understanding of enterprise scale IT implementation and IT Infrastructure
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills in English
  • A logical and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work with global teams as well as individually with minimum supervision
  • Capability to multitask, and work under pressure with changing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging team environment
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities supported by sound decision making capabilities

IT Service Desk

Job Description

  • Create environment for IT Service Management and ITIL compliance process
  • Act as a single point of contact for local customer and global customer in 24×7
  • Receive incoming call, email, online chat and automated request and response accordingly.
  • Log and monitor email and ticket queue
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for Windows 7, 8, 10, Office 2013/2016 problem, other applications
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, network, printer and peripherals
  • Provide relevant information, escalation, contact 3rd party or related team to get things done.
  • Assign and manage queue for customer, field engineer, backend engineer, partner and vendor
  • Follow-up and ensure ticket is created, updated, resolve within SLA.
  • Create, input, maintain customer information, software and hardware information.
  • Generate report for incident/request and analyze proper preventive action
  • Provide related information, documentation, paperwork for supporting incident/request
  • Maintain audit, procurement, CMDB and service report
  • Continuously improve service and efficiency through the use of better tools, people and processes.
  • Perform in-house IT standardize, IT communication, security audit and ITSM control project
  • Schedule Full-time / Shift

Qualification

  • At least 2-5 years experience as IT ServiceDesk, Helpdesk, IT Customer Support in SMB or enterprise environment
  • Experience in using ITSM logging tools (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, ZenDesk, Freshdesk)
  • Understanding in IT Hardware, Windows, Office Software, Network and Peripherals
  • Optional: Understanding in ITSM process, IT audit, ISO27001 or certified ITIL is an advantage
  • Optional: Understanding in IT industry, FMCG, Retail, Foods, Hotel is an advantage
  • Able to work in holiday and night time
  • Ability to learn new technologies and principles quickly and work in an environment that is continually changing and adopting new techniques and technologies.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented

IT Infrastructure

Scope of Work

  • Installation, trouble shooting, system administration support, server system, backup and restore system.
  • To support and troubleshoot problem and Coordination with vendors to supporting hrdware failure.

  • Perform other daily work as assigned 5 days a week Mon-Fri during Client’s normal working hour, and outside Client’s normal working hour or day in case of emergency or plan down (preventive maintenance).
  • Troubleshooting,  network admin support.
  • To support / troubleshooting problem and Coordination with vendor to support both of external and internet network issue.
  • Work with 3rd party / vendor / IT Global team in case we have new infrastructure project implementation.
  • To keep monitoring infrastructure system to working properly / remediation any risk and keep infrastructure system in safety environment.

Qualification

  • Thai nationality only, Male, Age in not over 35 years old.
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, IT, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Strong experience & knowledge of Servers & Networks skills with at least 3-7 years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware),
  • Set up / upgraded IT environment in the manufacturing space.
  • Experience of managing IT Vendors
  • Experience of working in a global IT Team
