Job Description:

* Controls project document, deliverables, scope & expectations and coordinates project progress with sponsors, steering committees and senior leadership

* Facilitate communication between all parties involved in an implementation to insure all customers and vendors are effectively working together, ensure a seamless end-to-end delivery of service for customers

* Interfaces independently with all functional & business areas affected by the project

* Create, manage, maintain, control and tracks on all project documentation including definition of charter, project scope, deliverables, schedules and budgets ensuring alignment with business goals.

* Create, manage, maintain, control and tracks to detailed project plans including schedules, technical and business requirements, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans

* Independently coaches, mentors and motivates a large, global project team to influence a positive, accountable and collaborative approach.

* Effectively communicates project expectations to all project team members and stakeholders including business representatives, vendors and engineer.


* At least 1-5 Years experience in deliver IT project or services to customers as Project member, Project Coordinator or relevant

* Excellent written communications skills, with track record of creating and editing PowerPoint presentations, Excel, Word and written reports

* Excellent communication and negotiation skill in both Thai and English language

* Experience in working within a fast-paced, complex and dynamic corporate environment

* Ability to learn new technologies and principles quickly and work in an environment that is continually changing and adopting new techniques and technologies.

* Highly organized and detail oriented

* Understanding in IT Hardware, Windows, Office Software, Network and Peripherals

* Strong project management skills (managing multiple, time-sensitive, complex projects)

* Proven self-starter; strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships

* Good attitude with a willingness to be flexible

* Ability to work on cross-functional teams

* Ability to travel or work at customer’s office

* Capability to multitask, and work under pressure with changing priorities

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging team environment
